Last Saturday morning we went up early. We were going to have our neighbors over for Swedish pancake breakfast so there was a lot to do.

Jacqueline and Dave live next door to us. They are so nice.

We all enjoyed the pancakes. Mom had made the batter and dad fried the pancakes. They came out really good. I think Jacqueline and Dave enjoyed them, and so did I!

Jacqueline and I played a bit together. I also went over to their apartment to see their cat Mr. Kaboodle. He was taking a rest in their bathroom. He looked like he was really cosy.

Jacqueline brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers for us. Just look at how great they look on our table! Thanks Jacqueline and Dave! It was great to have you over.

Hi Chieh Chi,
It's so nice to read your message on Elsie's blog! We hope to visit Taiwan sometime soon, hopefully this year. We are glad that you can follow Elsie and what she is doing on her blog. Since we have no family close by, this is a great way for relatives to see what we are doing and how Elsie is growing up. We would love to hear from you again and to know what you are doing.
We wish you a HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!
Keep in touch!
Best wishes from Sofia (Elsie also says hello to her aunt and Michael sends his greetings too!)
