Children's Festival

On Saturday we went to a Children's Festival in Stillwater. It was held in an old fashioned school building. They had reinvented their whole gymnastic hall and made it into an amusement park for kids under 5. I loved it! Here I'm having fun in the ball pool. Add more balls!
I love slides and this one was just my size!
The weather outside was so beautiful, but still a bit cold. Of course I was wearing my favorite black coat and I also had on a new hat with pink hearts.
We went for lunch in Stillwater and I got to taste an original American milk shake. Mmmm!
Once at home I played "lady" with mommy's cute little yellow bag. My converse shoes got a nice ride in the stroller.

What a great spring day!

Today when I woke up the weather was gorgeous and I was very exited to go and see my friends at Margo's house. She and her son Santiago had arranged an event where we learnt about Guatemala. We did crafts, played music and ate a great chocolate cake. Before we left we each got a passport that showed that we had visited Guatemala.
I took a nap in the car and then it was time for lunch at Panera. A nice lady took our picture while we said "cheese" to the camera!
Then we took a short trip to the mall. While dad was shopping for jeans mom and I went to the mall play area. I loved the cars. I'm so good at turning the wheel!
The weather was way too nice not to go outside so we went to the playpark by the Calhoun lake. There were so many people! I went on the slide so many time (see my video below), but I also had some time to play in the little house above the slide.
Every time I went down the slide mom or dad were there to catch me.
Off to the store to buy some sausages and chicken so that we could grill on the roof. Wow, the year's first BBQ! It was so nice up there, really warm and spring like!
I ran around and looked at everything and said hi to people. They seemed to be happy about that.
Then we finally got to enjoy our dinner. It was so good! I ate 2 sausages, some chicken and vegetables. Mmmmm! This was such a great day.

Going on the slide

I love going on the slide in the play park! It is so fun! I think I did it at least 50 times, until mom and dad got a bit tired and it was time to go home.

Our Converse shoes

Hi Everyone, I can't believe I have not written for so long. Our old camera was destroyed. It actually fell underneath daddy's car and was completely demolished. Can you believe it? But, luckily mom and dad had planned to buy a new camera anyway. The new one is so cool with lots of new features, and I can play with the old one, although it's a bit flat and it doesn't make any fun sounds anymore.
Also, I got new shoes. Now I have my own Converse One Star shoes. Looks good next to mommy's and daddy's.
I love them and wanted them on all day today. I asked daddy to please put them when we were home so that I could go out and walk some more in them!

Java Train

Today we went to Java Train, a coffee shop in St. Paul. It a great place to have coffee and muffins, and they also have a fun playhouse that looks like a train. It even has two floors!
There we met Kristen and Zander....
....and Kenya and Chloe.
I had so much fun in the train house. Here mom and I say hi to daddy from the second floor.
I climbed up to the second floor on my own and I had so much fun there that I didn't want to go down.
Zander and I are goofing around on the second floor. Wow, what a great morning!
