Today mom and I made pizza for dinner and since you were not able to join us I thought I should tell you how I went about making my own little pizza pie. 1. Once the dough is done, roll, roll, roll, with the rolling pin until you have a round pizza ready to go (I'm sorry to say that I have not yet mastered swinging the dough over my head like the pizza makers in town, but mom doesn't know how to do that either so I don't feel so bad about it).
2. Add tomato sauce
3. Add sausage, chicken and LOT of cheeese!
4. Into the oven for about 15-20 min, and voilà the pizza is done!
5. Eat it! Well, I guess at first I was a bit hesitant about eating and kept picking it apart instead....
....but I finally decided to dig in! Bon appetit!
