Saturday evening, on Halloween, we went to Spooky Woods at the Minnesota Children's Museum. I was all dressed up and ready to go in my cat costume and I also had a cute trick-or-treat bag to gather goodies in. There were lots of staff at the museum that handed out little toys and treats along the way to all the fun activities.
Weeeuuuh, gooey and slimey stuff to touch and play with...
Wooah, it's quite weird to touch, but fun.
Purple stuff with spiders and beatles in it. Feels so different to touch it!
In another room they had buttons that you could press to see various creepy creatures light up on the wall. 
The bat looked really cool!
On the top floor I looked at snakes....
....and a toad that didn't want to move at all. 
There were spooky tunnels that you could crawl in (so dark, but I was not scared at all)....
....but they also had all the usual fun stuff. I went on the slide of course!
In the spooky woods room they had a tree where you could hang your own Halloween greeting on a branch.
In the last room they had lots of activities; ball toss, pumpkin bowling and fishing for treasures. I got 2 prizes for the things I fished out of the pond. Fun times, but then it was time to head home. Halloween is over for this year.
